Getting Started

If you are new here, welcome!

  • Your first step is filling out our New Client Inquiry form. This helps us match you with a therapist who can meet your needs.

  • Next, you’ll be offered a referral or an appointment time. If we can not meet your needs, you’ll receive a referral to an outside colleague or agency who might be able to help you.

  • Then, you will have a Client Profile set up on our Therapy Portal. Look for an email to walk you through setting up a password. Be sure to check your spam folder. All forms and documents are available in your Therapy Portal. They are due 72 hours before your appointment time, so we have time to process them and check your benefits if you are using insurance.

  • You will receive a final email from Kim, our administrative assistant with the contact information for your therapist. You can reach out to them directly if you have any further questions.

  • If using telehealth, be sure to log on 5 minutes early to make sure your equipment is working properly. If coming to the office, please wait outside and text your therapist when you arrive. They will come out to meet you and let you in.

Cost

Individual, Couples, & Family Therapy ranges from $75-$125 per session depending on type and length.

Insurance: All of our therapists are in network with Optum/United, Cigna, and BCBS Federal plan. Most of our therapists are in network with: Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial, Aetna, TriCare, Humana, Medicare, and ComPsych. We also contract with most local EAP plans (contact your HR department for authorization for these services).

We offer a low-cost counseling clinic, run by Psychotherapy Interns & Provisionally Licensed Professionals under supervision, for those who are underinsured or cannot afford to pay full fees. Out of pocket cost for this service is a sliding scale between $30-$75.
